Why are there so many less primary keys/foreign keys in Oracle Apps? How does it handle the functionality of referential integrity constraints?

EXPERT RESPONSE
Good question!

Rather than explicitly defining constraints in the tables and columns, the Oracle Applications have implemented many constraints through form functionality. This is a common practice, which generally results in faster applications.
