I have CRTP enabled on my router because of low bandwidth. In "show interface summary" I see OQD (pkts dropped from output queue.) Is this affecting voice quality?

There have been enhancements to CRTP. The key to the packets dropped is to see if the number dropped remains at 70% or above as a percentage of packets. They are dropped, generally, because the queue is getting packets faster than it can deliver them. This is a tunable parameter and it can be tuned via the hold-queue interface command. The queue parameters are expressed as number of packets on output queue/current size of the output queue.
