You say that Outlook 2003 is not supported with MAPI integration. But I have installed MAPI in some systems with Office 2003 SP2 and it works fine. But, in other systems I am not able to see the SAP MAPI service provider in additional server types at all. Could you please tell me what might be the problem?

I can not tell you why SAP MAPI works in some instances and not in others with Outlook 2003. The reality is that it is not supported and so its reliability can not be depended on.
