Federal agencies must adhere to strict guidance, federal laws, and mandates when securing the IT infrastructure. Throw in a request to integrate wireless technology and the task to successfully deploy a WLAN while adhering to 802.11i (Draft) standards specified in NIST SP800-97, 800-48, 800-53 (Draft), and FIPS 140-2/200 etc. becomes a paper chase.
My question is: Is there a one-stop tool, publication, or integration resource out there to assist in this endeavor?

The short answer to your question is either "No" or "I don't know for sure," depending on whether or not my search engine skills are sufficiently adequate for "I can't find any" to conclude this means "there are no such one-stop resources" available. That said, there are plenty of consulting companies and boutique practices within services firms such as Deloitte-Touche, EDS, Perot Systems, Accenture, and so forth, that you can indeed pay somebody else to help you meet these requirements, or to have them meet them on your behalf. Kind of depends on how much money you'd like to spend.
That said, you'll find the coverage at Compliance Online comes reasonably close to giving you guidelines for most of what you need to do, but alas, nobody can actually do the work involved to make things happen except for you yourself or your (paid and) designated stand-ins.
