QUESTION ANSWERED BY: Elaine Ramos Sorry. I don't know any template-type security clauses for outsourcing record storage, but I could mention the three basic mechanisms for back-ups. These mechanisms are:
  1. Insourcing -- this means inviting a vendor to manage your back-ups.
  2. Online Backup -- transferring data to another network of offsite service provider.
  3. Hosted Backup Services -- this involves transferring data to a data center with a backup service offering.
