I don't recommend specific products because each environment is different and you likely have some unique applications you are trying to control. You can use a proxy-based content filtering device for your web traffic from someone like Blue Coat, Secure Computing/Webwasher or SurfControl to monitor, track and ultimately enforce specific policies for web surfing.
