Is it possible to selectively pick which fields to include in an R7 full-text index?

I am not aware of any method that enables a full-text index to only index certain fields within a Notes database. By default, the entire database contents are indexed when a full-text index is created. The only option available to restrict which fields are excluded is the ability to "index encrypted fields," where you can choose to include encrypted data in the full-text index.
