My computer has been infected with a virus from a compressed file (a zipped file), and running the antivirus cannot remove it. It has also stopped my Web browser from working. How do I remove it? QUESTION POSED ON: 29 AUG 2005
QUESTION ANSWERED BY: Puneet Mehta Since you haven't mentioned the infected virus name, I suggest you to install a good antivirus software, update the virus definitions and do a full scan. Do not rely on any freeware or shareware antivirus software available on the Internet. I recommend using Symantec.

If you still are unable to fix the problem, send me the complete scan results, and I will try to find you a solution.
