What is the recommended logical drive configuration for a WebSphere Portal installation on a Windows machine (i.e., C: OS, D: WPS and WAS)? Also, what is the recommended RAID configuration for a WPS implementation? QUESTION POSED ON: 04 AUG 2005
QUESTION ANSWERED BY: Tony Higham Given that WebSphere Portal is a multi-platform product, there is no specific logical drive recommendations for a Windows platform (at least that I am aware of). A great place to get specifics on requirements for specific platforms is the WebSphere Portal InfoCenter. The InfoCenter is the essential source of information for planning, installing, configuring and maintaining a portal environment.
