We currently use Symantec Mail Security 4.5 on Exchange Server 2003. I'd like to add a disclaimer on all outgoing messages. It is not possible to do this using Mail Security and I do not want to switch to a different product. Do you know of an easy way to add a disclaimer on Exchange Server 2003? QUESTION POSED ON: 07 JUL 2005
QUESTION ANSWERED BY: David Sengupta Unfortunately, there is no "easy way." Microsoft Knowledge Base Article 317327 explains the steps you'd have to go through: How to add a disclaimer to outgoing SMTP messages in Visual Basic.

Alternatively, you may want to explore a 3rd-party solution, such as GFiMailEssentials for Exchange/SMTP.

Hope that helps!
