From the "People" view of the Administration client, choose a user who has the policies you want to report on and then choose, Tools, Policy Synopsis. You will be presented with the following dialog:

Choose OK, and then open the document in the policy Synopsis database to review all of the policy settings you have selected.

Alternatively, click (in the selection bar) next to the policy settings you are interested in (Administration client --> "People and Groups" tab --> "Domino Directories" --> "Your Directory" --> "Settings" view) and choose [File] --> [Print].
