When viewing a group calendar, users with access to the calendar and schedule receive this error message when right clicking on an entry and selecting "details": "The server is not currently making this information available." How do you get the details to work properly? QUESTION POSED ON: 16 JUN 2005
QUESTION ANSWERED BY: Mathew Newman Group calendars provide summary scheduling information for selected users requested by the current user through the Schedule Manager and Calendar Connector tasks. You will receive this error if one of the following conditions apply:
  1. The schedule manager tasks are not running or the busy time system is not up to date (type "Tell Sched Validate" at the server's console).

  2. The Calendar Connector Task is not running on the requesting user's home server, or CalConn is running, but Sched is not on the "other" server.

  3. The requesting user cannot access the server on which the selected user's mail file resides.

  4. The selected user has restricted who is allowed to query their "free time" through their mail database preferences.

  5. The selected user's person document provides incorrect information (wrong "Home" server name, database name and so on)
You should find a resolution to your question in one of those steps.
