We have upgraded the Domino server from 6.5 to 6.5.4. After this upgrade the scheduled agent in the application database is not running on its schedule. The agent is enabled and the signer of the agent is also correct. When we run manually, the agent is running without any problems. What may be the reason for this problem? QUESTION ANSWERED BY: Mathew Newman Check the agent's execution security level on the agent properties.
  1. Open the agent in Designer.
  2. Access the agent's properties.
  3. Check the "Security" tab.
  4. Check the option under "Set runtime security level."
I have seen a number of situations when a scheduled agent that previously executed successfully no longer worked because it had defaulted to "1 Do not allow restricted operations."

Change this setting to 2 or 3 -- as appropriate -- and test again.
