We are upgrading R5 Lotus Notes users to 6.5.2. I have a user that is receiving the Execution Security Alerts, and when I check the user security, the workstation has no settings and is grayed out. I tried clicking on the refresh button and also sending them an e-mail with a refresh button, but it did not work. I also tried creating a new personal address book, but the issue still exists.
They still receive the message "ECL Refresh/Replace Failed with error: Access control list is corrupted."

The client ECL is stored in the client's local directory (names.nsf on the client). Check the ACL on the client to ensure that they have "Manager" access with all options selected.
