I am using an FTP command to receive files ("get" command in FTP), but sometimes the files that are received are in capital letters and sometimes they are in lowercase. Is there a option to always force them to be lowercase? QUESTION POSED ON: 02 JUN 2005
QUESTION ANSWERED BY: Shahar Mor FTP maintains the original file names' case, unless you receive the files to iSeries (in this case file names will always be capital).

There is no switch to set this; it is how FPT normally functions.
