I received an e-mail that was quarantined, and I have ran a virus scan, but no viruses were found. Is it safe to just delete this file? I tried to repair but get the message it cannot be repaired.

Deleting a file with a virus is almost always safe, particularly with that extension. It wouldn't hurt, however, to go to the Web site of your anti-virus program vendor and research the specifics of the reported virus.
